), fled Japan last month as he was awaiting trial on charges of under-reporting earnings, breach of trust, and misappropriation of company funds, all of which he denies.

“My impression in listening to him was that there were few statements that were backed by any real evidence,” she said. “If he wants to prove his innocence, he should face fair trial proceedings here,” she added, stressing that the allegations against him concerned financial crimes in Japan.Mori blasted Ghosn for violating his bail by fleeing the country “without showing a passport and breaking international rules that everyone in the world follows”.

changran_kim Don't mess with Japan Japan is not Lebanon. Japan is a major purchaser of us treasuries. Lots of tight qui pro quo with other major powers... You steal you pay

changran_kim Hey... Japan. I like what you did for the cats in the cat island during hurricane. Humanity restored.

changran_kim There's not smoke without fire.

changran_kim She is lying. Japan is a terrible country for foreigners.

changran_kim Japan court didn't start the trial. This is not Carlos's fault, but the fault of the court.

changran_kim Japanese justice system an oxymoron

changran_kim Japan has a terrible justice system. They can hold you for days and sleep deprive you till you confess.

changran_kim That was just a backfire. In her speech, she admitted the principle of presumption of innocence isn't guaranteed in Japan by insisting Ghosn to prove his innocence in the court.

changran_kim The Nissan exec said his arrest in Japan was brutal, compared it to Pearl Harbor. Said: 'I didnt flee from justice. I fled IN Justice.' DARVO is the tool of autocrats, abusers and gas lighters, Deflect, Attack, (Reverse) Make themselves the Victim.

changran_kim His next court date was in April 2021 she can just shshshshsh

changran_kim Masako stop it. We don’t believe your secretive and quiet culture 🤫

changran_kim It's not up to someone like Ghosn to challenge a judicial system, most notably after fleeing from it. The correct manner is in court. Ghosn has managed only to do one thing - show that where there's smoke, there's fire.....

changran_kim They should give him the benefit of the doubt, he has the right to be tried in home country

changran_kim why he keep pointing his finger at me? LoL
