British teen in rape trial gets suspended jail term in Cyprus

PARALIMNI, Cyprus - A British teenager who says she was coerced into retracting an accusation she was gang-raped was given a suspended jail sentence by a Cyprus court on Tuesday. The case has drawn a rare rebuke from Britain and uproar from rights groups concerned the woman did not get a fair trial. Activists were holding a protest outside the courthouse in the town of Paralimni.

Lying about being raped helps no one, less so those who are actually raped... It makes a mockery out those who are raped and want to get justice..

Imagine calling the whole judicial system of a country 'corrupt' to protect a teen age girl from a politically influential country.

Lock her up! At least now mossad is watching her so the next time she tries to set up jews they can take her out🥊

so a GROUP of men who publicly call her a whore before and after the incident are innocent and SHE is the guilty one

Hope this young lady can rebuild her life. Seems she was raped by her abusers and then the legal system. Wishing her well in the future.

Shame on them and their families. Disgusting men

Has the legal system failed this young girl? Been following this case and I think this is a classic case of turning the tables around to victimise and demonise the victim further.

Cyprus now a third world country where rape is acceptable.
