Deputy Public Prosecutor Nur Fatin Mohamad Farid stood for the prosecution while lawyer Nasar Khan represented the accused. Ahmad Saiful had claimed trial to the charge of allegedly using the drug THC at an entertainment outlet in W Hotel here at around 2.05am on Jan 5,2019.
