British supermarket giant Tesco has suspended production at a Chinese factory, after allegations of forced labour.

A six-year-old-girl found a message allegedly from workers inside a charity Christmas card.

The note claimed workers were "forced to work against" their will, and said to "please help up and notify human rights organisations". A Tesco Spokesperson said the company was "shocked by the allegations" and had since launched an investigation into the incident. Image: Getty
