The first man convicted under Rotterdam’s new street harassment laws, also referred to as the catcalling ban, has been cleared by a court of appeal on the grounds that he has a right to freedom of expression.

Well, that's sad. Catcalling, 'making kissing gestures' and chasing women who clearly don't want to engage with you is not a 'freedom of expression'. It should be punishable to discourage people from engaging in such inappropriate behaviour.
