Ryanair pilot's mental torment drove partner to kill son

A woman stabbed her 23-month-old son to death following a mental breakdown triggered by her controlling pilot boyfriend, a court has heard.

Chilvers, from Northwich, Cheshire, warned Lesicka in a"visceral" phone call, which was played in court, that she did not have the financial resources to win a custody battle. As part of the evidence, the court heard a 33-minute phone call made by Chilvers on the morning of 26 August to Lesicka - before the killing - in which at times he screamed profanities at her.

I know Ryanair isn’t the best airline, but to mention them in the headline -when it was circumstantial- is a tad depreciating

oh right, which part has employer got to do with it?. if he had a mental disorder previously, his employer has nothing to do with it. everyone has different thresholds of stress and pressure

He gets 18 months?

Clickbait taking advantage of a tragic child death.

Sooo.... she stabbed her baby. And it's his fault....... k then.......

No reason to kill a child

Not sure it matters what he did or for who . But crazy woman kills her son so it must be the blokes fault .

Could have just put “pilot”. But either way, what a sad story. Poor kid

Sick pair of evil animals

What has the fact that he was Ryanair pilot got to do with this tragic incident?! I’m no fan of Ryanair whatsoever but this just feels like a click bait headline. Or am I missing something? 🙄

What’s the point in mentioning Ryanair. Pathetic reach.
