An application to have Constable Zachary Rolfe's murder case moved from Alice Springs to Darwin has been refused by a local court.
Lawyers for the officer had applied to have future proceedings heard in Darwin, arguing Constable Rolfe wouldn't get a fair trial in Central Australia. If the matter is committed to Supreme Court trail, Constable Rolfe's lawyers can make another application to move proceedings.
The rabid lefties are really out to get this poor guy. It will be impossible for him to get a fair trial.
Good! Now turn the air conditioning in the court down It is too cold and disliked by indigenous people and puts a strain on their concentration.
This is seriously good news.
