Defense lawyers preview arguments in new filings that claim Rick Singer misled parents and USC wasn’t really a victim
High-end college consultant Allen Koh was shocked to learn his colleague and competitor Rick Singer pleaded guilty to crimes including conspiracy and racketeering. WSJ sat down with Koh for insight into the multimillion-dollar college-consulting industry and what is driving parents to such desperate measures.
I did *not* know that President Obama consulted with Rick Singer for help in his Nobel Peace Prize application. It is expected that Ms. Loughlin will testify that Obama said, 'Singer is cool'.

Question: If Laughlin/Husband & other parents are being prosecuted for college-admissions cheating, why has no one investigated Elizabeth Warren? Did she falsify her college admissions applications identifying herself as a Native American? Was this for preferential consideration?
USC was not the victim. The real victim s were the students you cheated out of their rightful admission to USC.

They are holding out because they are playing the 'GENDER' card issue. I'm not concerned whether or not she's a guy or girl. The rules have been abused and she with her cronies, need to be doing time in prison. There is no equality nor will there ever be. ♀️
My guess is that this won’t play out well for them... negotiate a settlement ... risk of trial is too huge. If their ego gets in their way, they might just find out celebrity doesn’t hold much in a court of law.
