The seven-man panel led by Justice Mary Peter-Odili also heard the appeals over the disputes surrounding the governorship polls in Kaduna and Nasarawa.
In what appeared to be a possibility that the apex court would later on Wednesday deliver summary judgments on all the appeals heard, the panel stood down the cases after concluding hearing and announced that it would resume sitting afterwards.
