Rodriguez was asked about Manila Water Co and Maynilad Water Services Inc. whose concessions to supply water to the capital were criticized by President Rodrigo Duterte. "I have always said that if the contract is tainted with fraud, with onerous provisions the courts will have to do it. It cannot be set aside by the executive. That is my position," he said.
