DAILY POST reports that a Federal High Court sitting in Kano on Monday dismissed the case for lack of evidence on the grounds that the evidence before the court has not shown that the EFCC has the record of the forensic analysis of the bribery video allegations,The court ruling has stirred diverse reactions from Nigerians on social media.

All I know is that Nemesis shall not fail or mistake to catch the villains. Like Yoruba used to say that *God will catch the thief but the owner will suffer the stress of the cold* God Almighty is awaiting all those who do bad. Soon or later they shall reap their deeds
First and foremost, court cannot Suo Motu dismiss or grant what is not pleaded for by the counsel in the matter. We cannot blame court because court needs to rule or grant order based on evidences adduced during the trial of any matter.
As usual, and later they would be complaining that sowore was taken out of law court in a disrespectful manner. They are nothing but puppets of the politicians.
What are Nigerians reacting for? Is it today that we know that Nigeria is a very useless country.
I hate Nigerian court, I also hate their technicality. Is better for people to stop regarding any court in Nigeria.
