THE statutory declaration by convicted killer Azilah Hadri implicating Najib Razak in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu must be investigated and all those involved in the crime prosecuted, said Ramkarpal Singh. The lawyer, who represents Altantuya’s family in their civil suit, said if the allegation proves true, action must be taken against the others involved even though the court has convicted Azilah and fellow commando Sirul Azhar Umar of the Mongolian model’s murder.
