Court clears SERAP over $460m Abuja CCTV project

Justice Anwuri Ichegbuo Chikere of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has permitted the SERAP to advance its case to compel Mrs Zainab Ahmed, Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning to disclose details of payment of the $460 million Chinese loan to contractors.
