Abubakar Malami, SAN, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, has taken over the prosecution of Omoyele Sowore in the charge of treasonable felony against him at the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Too many titles for Malami. Simply put, General Buhari's appointee, minister of Justice that instructed INEC to postpone elections because of APC
So what does this mean for his case?
No reason to celebrate.Malami,is part of the tyrannical regime.
Most importantly, let the FG constitute a commission of inquiry to ascertain those behind the invasion of a court to take Sowore. Such persons must be made to face the full wrath of the laws for desecrating a temple of justice and denigrating the Nigerian judiciary
Hope the grip of AGF would be harder than that of DSS.
