We are currently seeking an experienced family law clerk to join our family law practice on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in family law or civil litigation, a keen eye for detail and share our commitment to excellence, integrity and client-focused advocacy.• Preparing various legal documents such as Financial Statements, Net Family Property Statements and other Ontario Superior Court of Justice documents, as needed.
• Education: Post Secondary Diploma or Certificate in law clerk/legal assistant studies or related field considered an asset but is not required. • Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a law clerk or legal assistant in a family law or civil litigation practice.
