Donald Trump still hasn't paid Rudy Giuliani the $2 million he owes for legal advice during the 2020 presidential election, Giuliani's latest filings in his bankruptcy case show.Giuliani's bankruptcy creditors are now contemplating legal action that would force Giuliani to take a claim against Trump.Giuliani declared bankruptcy in December 2023 after a jury awarded $148 million to two Georgia election workers who had won a defamation lawsuit against him.

The total figure for Giuliani's legal fees amounts to about $2 million, the New York Times reported in 2021.As part of his bankruptcy conditions, Giuliani must file a monthly report on his income and expenditures.His latest report for May 2024, was filed in bankruptcy court on June 26.
