Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has claimed Uefa are right to block Jean-Clair Todibo’s move to Man United., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – insisted multi-club networks shouldn’t be able to “shuffle assets around” if they are playing in the same competition.
