Police issued Pivarnick a municipal summons Sunday for simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest, per the report.Her attorney, James Leonard, told TMZ that the incident, the nature of which police did not disclose, was partially caused by a bad reaction to medication.
